News)released stating they are pleased to announce that it has entered an Agreement with The Room Live LLC ("The Room Live") to acquire up to 15% of The Room Live over the next year.
The Room Live is an online network that produces original online series in a live interactive format. All content is traditional length programming in 30 & 60 minute blocks, and produced out of The Room Live's studio in Hollywood, CA. The content is focused in 5 main areas: Music, Talk, Game Shows, Cooking and Comedy. The talent is generally well known or celebrity talent that is Los Angeles based, though the plan is to eventually open studios in New York and London. All the content is executive produced by The Room Live team, while, at the same time, enabling the talent to provide production input and have greater control over their segments.
Some of The Room Live shows include Celebrity Liar, which is a game show where two celebrities tell the same story as if it happened to each of them. In truth, it only happened to one of them. The Room Live online chat room decides who is telling the truth and who is lying. Some of the celebrities appearing on Celebrity Liar to date have been Helen Hunt, Matthew Perry, NFL Network's Rich Eisen, Annie Duke, iCarly's Jerry Trainor, Kathy Najimy, Dan Finnerty and Kevin Pollak.
In addition, The Room Live has its Living Room Series, which is a live music show where favorite bands perform live, unplugged with story-telling, all in the studios intimate environment -- as if they were playing in your own living room. Some of the musical guests to date include The Swell Season, Sheryl Crow, Kimberly Caldwell, HoneyHoney, Cassette Kids and Choir of Young Believers.
Other The Room Live shows are
15on15, which is a live music show produced by 15 year olds who bring in their 15 favorite independent bands to perform live;
The Single Chef, starring Matt Skollar;
Celebrity Live, which is a live chat show with celebrity guests, and
The Rundown -- a weekly sports talk show with Suzy Schuster and Krista Smith which provides sports commentary from a woman's perspective.
The Room Live was founded by writer/performer/producer Robin Ruzan and producer/internet entrepreneur Michael Davis. All the programming is broadcast free via theroomlive.com website, as well as distributed throughout the web through partnerships such as Ustream who is a strong supporter and often features The Room Live's content on their home page driving tens of thousands of viewers to consume each show.
To date, The Room Live has had over 2 million views and continues to expand its audience virally. Epicus is encouraged by its participation in such a high profile opportunity and intends to participate in the development, production and sale of The Room Live properties to cable and network television.
The
KINGZ feel that this is extremely under valued and from watching the Level 2, it is paper thin from
.0004-.0005 and seems to be up-ticking on thin air. Only 5.5 million in buy volume up-ticks this stock, and when your in the triple zeros that is not a lot of money at all. The
KINGZ feel that EPCG is set to run very soon and we encourage our members to get in at these ground floor prices.
