MMTE - Mammoth Energy Group Inc. (www.mammothenergygroup.com) (Pinksheets:MMTE - News), a lithium and alternative energy mining company, announced today that it is in the process of finalizing all of its financing agreements.
The company has completed negotiations and intends to announce its acquisition roll up of its Chilean concessions imminently.

MGRN -  Marquis Tech Holdings currently trading at .0009 released a Disclosure statement on 03/10/11 with a plan of operation stating over the course of the next twelve months the Company plans to begin mining for gold on the 792 acres which it has secured in Guyana, South America. In addition, the Company will be seeking to acquire domestic and international companies which possess an inherent competitive edge whether it’s derived through written law, intellectual property, or government contracts and inject the capital necessary to maximize earnings while pooling resources and managing the logistics.
PennyStocKingZ feel that MGRN has finally upgraded from a lotto play into the Real Deal. A company does not file the necessary materials if there was no future plan in place. And with the vol that occurred last Friday that was the most since in over 2 years indicating that insiders know that a run is coming and that the current pps is with out a doubt heading higher. We expect Marquis Tech Holdings to issue a press release updating share holders of the disclosure statement that was filled with Pink Sheets further unveiling the company's future plan.

Over 177K in vol was traded today and the majority of the shares were purchased in the trip 6-7 range. Expect a breakout tomorrow testing .001-.0012. Company has also updated filings stating their are only 650 A/S.

APCX -  App Tech Corp. We initially alerted APCX at .0006 & today hit a high of .002. PennyStocKingZ members were able to gain a total of 500% in profits. APCX doesn't seem to be done yet. App Tech has released significant news as of late which is why investors from all ends of the earth are flocking to this stock. MMTE - Mammoth Energy Group Inc. released significant news last Wednesday stating that it intends to file resolutions with the state of Nevada to cancel all remaining Preferred shares issued to past management.
The company has been unable to come to a considerable resolution and is only protecting the interests of all shareholders while it works through financing situations.The company is in final stages of negotiations and expects to announce acquisitions of its Chilean concessions by the end of the first quarter with quick plans to up list to the OTC-BB market. Mammoth Energy Group has signed a Letter of Intent with Salt Gold Inter Chile Limitada whose concessions are located in the Salar de Maricunga. The company is currently speaking with five other local Chilean and Canadian companies to acquire mining rights and concessions. The company expects its entire lithium package once complete will total acreage of approximately 12,500 hectares or close to 31,000 acres. The value of acres in Chile has been estimated to be $10,000 to $30,000 depending on lithium concentration levels.  
MMTE has been under heavy accumulation in aticipation for the press release due by no later than 03/31. By looking at the trend of the chart, MMTE could very well be trading at .006-.008 before the significant news is released. Thursdays Watchlist

PRPM - With a share buyback on the horizon interest has been heating up for this play. Currently sitting at .0004 we are on the cusp of a breakout here. Don't miss the train.

TSNP - Volume has really picked up here. There was a flurry of buys at the ask yesterday. .0003's won't last long. Only a matter of time before this one pops. Trip zero stocks are a high risk, but they offer some of the best rewards in the market.

DTSL - This is a stock that has definitely seen better days. Once trading at $1 just last year, but has slowly fell from grace and is now at .0002 due to dillution. Now that dillution is over it is prime time to get in at the bottom and ride this baby back up as interest is starting to return. You don't want to be on the sidelines when they announce their next deal.

CLDR - Cloud Centric Systems Inc released a press at the sound of the morning bell
announcing today that the scheduled reduction in Authorized Share Capital has occurred and the State of Florida and the Transfer Agent have been notified of the change. David Lovatt, CEO of Cloud Centric, announced in November that the aim was to reduce the Authorized Share Capital by 40% from 5bn to around 3bn. The final
figure opted for was 3.5bn and this was enacted today, Monday 31^st January 2011. ZLUS  - .Core Stream Enery Inc. .003 We absolutely have no doubt that there are more gains to come from current levels. Big News due any day now.

GOIG - GoIp Global Inc. .0059, more gains to come from these levels as this has consolidated and already looking to move back up. Company is also relaunching website and service to mirror there image as the new & improved "The World's Social Operator". We expect GOIG to break a penny by next month.

BGOI - Bonanza Oil & Gas Inc. .0012. We believe that a new support may have been established here as this seems to bounce off of .0012 like clock work. We feel that anything purchased at .0012 here can only be a win-win situation.

APCX - App Tech Corp. We alerted this yesterday via-twitter at .0002 and today it hit a high of .0005 and closed at .0004. Yesterday, AppTech released a press release stating that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Oronoco Telecom. LLC on or about February 1, 2011. Oronoco is owned and directed by telecom veteran Daniel Miroli and currently has projected annual revenues of $3 million. Over 1 Billion shares traded today and we think this will spill over into tomorrow as more and more traders find out about the news. Once this breaks .0006 it's blue skies from there. Monday's Watch List

ZLUS - Core Stream Energy Inc (ZLUS) is expecting new very soon regarding current drilling, possible wells, and other current matters that are in pursuit. ZLUS seems to have finished it's consolidation and ready to move up. Currently .0038 which we consider severely undervalued compared to where this can go once news is released.

BGOI - Bonanza Oil & Gas Inc (BGOI), shot up to a high of .003 from our .0011alert and since then has consolidated nicely and closed on Friday at .0014. We feel that the next leg is imminent and that this will retest .002-.0024 soon looking to breakout for further gains.

CCTR -  China Crescent Enterprises (CCTR)  was alerted Friday afternoon at .0012 in which hit  a high of .002, giving followers who played this a total  of 90% in profit. CCTR closed at .002 and just may gap up early morning Monday and run. We feel that their is still significant profit to be made here. If this so happens to gap up in the morning, wait for a dip and then get in to maximize profits.

NUBL - NuMobile Inc. (NUBL) If you are still looking for a cheap play looking to run on this week, then this is it. NUBL experienced extreme vol towards the market close on Friday. NuMoblie & China Crescent Enterprises are in business with each other and their stock prices have mimicked each other in the past.This should almost replicate what CCTR did in the PennyStocKingZ opinion. Although, nothing is guaranteed, we do feel the reward outweighs the risk in this matter for NUBL seems to be holding a strong support at .0009 in which it closed at on Friday. This was trading at above .01 back in October and since then bled to death. Looking at the chart, this is looking to make a few spikes back up.

Thursday Watchlist

BGOI - Our alert @ .0011 hit a high of .003 posting a total gain of  172.73% for our members. Try getting that kind of return from Wells Fargo. We closed today @ .0021 still holding a 90.91% gain. There is still a tremendous upside. If you didn't get in when we told you we suggest you start looking for an entry point.

ITCJ - With personal health becoming more of a big deal in the US, ITCJ is attempting to tap into a very profitable market. Volume was well above average today due to heavy accumalation of the 3's. Buy's poured in at the closing bell and we believe the buying will resume tomorrow. This play is only @ .0003 giving it plenty of room to run and we believe that run is coming soon. Here is snapshot of the L2.

VIPR - The Guru was wrong when he said PRMO was the cheapest gold stock on the market. VIPR is available for the same price with only a quarter of the A/S. Not to mention they are current with the OTC. With gold still trading near it's all time highs, this is a stock worth keeping on your radar.

DTSL - DTSL is trading at its bottom right now, but it won't be there for long. Come get your ticket and enjoy the ride. It's only .0003. There was some good action on the ask today and the MM's are slowly, but surely dropping off. A break of .0003's could signal the bulls return to this play. .001 is the short-term goal, but we see this eventually trading @ .003 levels.

Wednesday's Watch List

BGOI - We initially alert this via-twitter early this morning at .0011, ran to .0014 and closed at .0013. With the 200MA at .0018, shareholders could possibly see that tomorrow as this is catching many more investors radars.
 Once the the 200MA is broken, this very well could see a BLUE SKY BREAKOUT!!!

ATPT -  Lotto play. Currently trading at .0002, which seems to be the bottom and also looks as though it trades on air. The chart is looking like a reversal is in order and this will soon start to head back north. This is one to keep on your radar.

ZLUS -  Opened today at .0035 and rallied to a close of .0043, as this looked strong all day. Shareholders are still soaking up shares while new investors swoop in, in anticipation for more news, in which should be explosive.

NWTT -  NW Tech Capital (NWTT) released a pr 15 minutes before market close last Friday finalizing a merger with a Canadian gold company. Over 200 million shares crossed the tape in that last 15 minutes we think it will surely continue well into Tuesday and the rest of the week. With the extra day of vacation, NWTT's press release seems to have gained mass attention throughout several of penny stock message boards and many traders have not had the opportunity to seize in on the action in preparation for it's run. Tuesday's Watch List

ZLUS - This stock went on a terror from .0007 - .0058 and since then has consolidated for 3 days. Today the stock bounced off a low of .0032 which was the lowest support and closed at .0036 indicating that all selling has stopped and the bulls are looking to take this back up. If you were sitting on the sidelines before the run, now is your chance to get back in before this run. The 50DMA crossed above the 200DMA last Friday, thus creating a Golden Cross indicating that a bull run is on the horizon. Investors are also waiting on more updates from the co. due very soon. Currently trading at .0036, the PennyStocKingZ feel that this is still extremely undervalued given the superb due diligence of this stock.

HNHI -The line of Wireless Hybrid products will be sold under the Sleek By 50 Cent(TM) trademark. The Sleek By 50 Cent(TM) motto is "Escape into Your Music." H & H Imports, Inc. (OTCBB: HNHI), the parent company of TV Goods, Inc., previously announced that it had acquired the worldwide marketing rights to a new line of Sleek Wireless Hybrid and Tunable audio products. In a further development, the company announced today that this new line of mobile audio products will be personally endorsed by Curtis Jackson, p/k/a "50 Cent." 50 Cent, through G-Unit, a company owned by Jackson, has an ownership interest in Sleek. Under its Agreement with Sleek and G-Unit, TV Goods also made an equity investment in Sleek. 50 Cent, through G-Unit, has also made an equity investment in TV Goods, which makes him a significant minority shareholder in TV Goods and will be offered a seat on the Board of the Company at a later date.
HNHI gapped closed at .10 last Friday and gapped up pre market today to .40 in which the PennyStocKingZ waited for the most opportune time to alert our members on a low dip of .25. Members are currently up over 50% in gains from the close of .39. We see this as a mid-long term play as the pps could very sky rocket past a $1 once the new line of headphones are released.

This stock has had a breakthrough as the company headed by the new ceo who are related to a family that have made billions  in the oil industry. With a symbol change to undergo within the next 60 days, the CEO has completely turned CoreStream Energy in a 180 degree direction and looks to be heading north.
