Tuesday's Watch List

CLDR - Cloud Centric Systems Inc released a press at the sound of the morning bell
announcing today that the scheduled reduction in Authorized Share Capital has occurred and the State of Florida and the Transfer Agent have been notified of the change. David Lovatt, CEO of Cloud Centric, announced in November that the aim was to reduce the Authorized Share Capital by 40% from 5bn to around 3bn. The final
figure opted for was 3.5bn and this was enacted today, Monday 31st January 2011. In commenting on the move, David Lovatt stated "we are continuing boldly with our plan to increase shareholder value and, whilst we have a significant mountain to climb, we are continuing to follow through on our promises to the shareholder base.
The PennyStocKingZ feel that CLDR's pps will start moving in the next couple of weeks. We have been watching the level two of this stock for weeks and it has been stuck with only 1 market maker at the ask of trip 2's for quite a while, but with news like this and steady taps at the ask, this can get moving within a couple of weeks and canceling authorized shares is a great way to get started. Not to mention the CEO vowed to increase the pps by 10 fold within the coming months. What more could you ask for at trip 2's! See full press release below.

LGTT - Ligatt Security International released a press release early this afternoon stating that their
employees "agree to their own reality show based in the Atlanta and Los Angles offices. This will be the first Cyber Security Company reality show in the history of television. CEO Gregory Evans will not be the main focus of the weekly docu-series; however he will be sharing the spotlight with his team of hackers, his PR and Marketing team, vendors, customers, some of his legal team and office management who help him run his businesses". Currently trading at trip 4's is a steal as I see more updates concerning launch date of the reality show and other business ideas and/or ventures.
